Technical points of Ganoderma lucidum cultivation in the mycelium cultivation stage
(7) Mycelium cultivation: During mycelium cultivation, it is more appropriate to control the temperature in the bag at 20℃~25℃, and timely and appropriate ventilation. The placement of the bags should be adjusted flexibly according to the temperature in the cultivation site. When the temperature is high, the number of layers should be low, and when the temperature is low, the number of layers should be high. Check the contamination situation 7 to 10 days after inoculation.
If the bags are contaminated or have abnormal growth, pick them out in time, break them up and put them back into the pot for re-steaming and reuse. The maturity standard of the bags is about 45 days. The mycelium is visually white, dense and thick, and a small amount of the inoculation points at both ends turn yellow-brown. The mycelium growth time will be extended when the temperature is low.
