(4) Sterilization:
Sterilize the material in the stove at a temperature of 100℃ at normal pressure and keep it for 12h~16h; sterilize at high pressure at 0.11~0.14Mpa/126℃ and keep it for 2h~2.5h;
(5) Cooling:
After sterilization, cool it to below 30℃ in a clean and hygienic environment;
(6) Inoculation:
Move the cooled material bag into the inoculation room, use an inoculation box or a clean workbench, and inoculate it strictly according to the aseptic operation procedures, scratch off the aged bacteria on the surface of the culture, untie the bag mouth, quickly insert a piece of culture and seal it. The seal should not be too tight. After the end, move the fungus bag (the inoculated material bag is called a fungus bag) into the culture room or greenhouse for cultivation;
