What are the raw materials and formulas for the production of King Oyster Mushroom?
1. Raw material preparation, formula
The cultivation of King Oyster Mushroom usually uses cottonseed hulls, corn cobs, sawdust, etc. as the main materials, and the auxiliary materials are mainly peels, corn flour, and soybean meal powder. Sawdust must be piled outdoors for more than 3 months, and other materials must be fresh, dry, and free of mold. The production water should meet the standards for urban drinking water.
In production, it is necessary to reasonably allocate the nutrients of the culture medium, generally with a carbon-nitrogen ratio of (25~30):1. If the nutrients are low, the mycelium will not grow strong, the vitality is insufficient, and the yield is low; if the nutrients are high, the probability of infection with miscellaneous bacteria will increase, which will eventually affect production.
Different cultivation raw materials can be used according to local conditions during cultivation. The commonly used formulas are as follows for reference
① Corn cobs 40%, sawdust 20%, wheat bran 20%, corn flour 8%, soybean meal 8%, light calcium carbonate 2%, gypsum 2%.
② Cottonseed hulls 20%, sawdust 17%, corn cobs 30%, skins 20%, soybean meal 5%, corn flour 5%, gypsum 1%, light calcium carbonate 2%.
