Artificial bag cultivation of Poria cocos technology
Artificial bag cultivation of Poria cocos technology
1. Material preparation:
Poria cocos culture medium is mixed evenly in the proportion of 80-90% main material and 10-20% auxiliary material, 0.8-1kg per bag, installed with a collar, plugged with a cotton plug, sterilized at normal pressure for 12 hours or at high pressure at 120℃ for 1-2 hours, taken out and placed in a clean place to cool; prepare the cultured Poria cocos strain; the base material is a dry pine wood section with a diameter of 5-10 cm and a length of 30 cm, split along the center crosswise, and then soaked in 2% sucrose water for 12 hours, the pH value of the soaking liquid is 5.5-6, and then taken out; the auxiliary materials are bran, pine sawdust, magnesium sulfate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate;

2. Inoculation:
Inoculate the cultured Poria cocos strain onto the cooled wood culture substrate, with an inoculation amount of 8-12g per bag;
3. Cultivation:
Transfer the inoculated fungus bag into the culture room and culture it at 25-30℃ for about 10 days, and take it out when the mycelium grows full of the bag;
