Sparassis crispa cultivation mainly uses solid spawn for inoculation, with the best age of 50-55 days, and the inoculation amount is 24 bags per bottle. Before inoculation, hands and tools must be disinfected, the quantitative inoculation spoon must be flame treated, the spawn bottle must be opened, 1-2 cm of the epidermis must be removed, and the bottle mouth must be wiped with alcohol to break up the spawn. During the inoculation process, two people must cooperate quickly to ensure that the holes and the surface of the material are covered with spawn, and the bag opening time should not exceed 5 seconds.
Note:
After receiving each bottle of spawn, all tools and new spawns used for inoculation, including hands, must be wiped and disinfected with 75% alcohol, and the burning time of each inoculation spoon must not be less than 20 seconds.
