How to make Sparassis crispa cultivation bag ? -1
1. Culture material formula
Formula 1: pine sawdust 70%, corn flour 28%, calcium carbonate 2%, water content 60%~65%, pH natural.
Formula 2: pine sawdust 76%, bran 18%, corn flour 2%, sucrose 1.5%, gypsum 1.5%, superphosphate 1%, water content 60%~65%, pH natural.
2. substrate mixing
Pine sawdust needs to be sieved to remove bark and other foreign matter before use to prevent puncturing the plastic bag and causing contamination by bacteria. According to the production plan, select a suitable cultivation formula, accurately weigh various raw and auxiliary materials in proportion, add water and stir evenly.
Note when stirring: Since the pine sawdust used in the cultivation of hydrangea has a small particle size and the pine sawdust will not be absolutely dry during actual production and use, it should be fully stirred when stirring with auxiliary materials such as corn flour (secondary stirring is recommended) to prevent the cultivation material from agglomerating. If three-stage stirring is used, the particles will generate heat due to friction, causing the culture medium to become acidic.
