Example of specific cultivation method of Poria cocos
1: First, split the dry pine wood with a diameter of 10 cm and a length of 30 cm along the center crosswise, a total of 100 sections, and then soak the wood sections in 2% sucrose water for 12 hours, the pH value of the soaking solution is 5.5-6, and then fish them out; then add 4kg of bran, 3kg of pine sawdust, 4g of magnesium sulfate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, mix well, and put them into polypropylene plastic bags respectively, one piece of wood in each bag, and bran, sawdust and other auxiliary materials are infiltrated in the middle, 0.8kg in each bag, install the ring, plug with cotton plug, place it in 120℃ high pressure sterilization for 1 hour, take it out and put it in a clean place, cool it for use.
2. Inoculate the cultured Poria cocos strains on the cooled wood culture matrix in a sterile room or inoculation chamber, with an inoculation amount of 10g per bag. Transfer the inoculated fungus bag to the culture room and culture it at 25-30℃ for about 10 days. When the mycelium grows all over the bag, cut the plastic at the bottom of the fungus bag, and connect a small piece of 10g fresh Poria sclerotium to the rupture. Then put the plastic bag vertically into a sand pool with a 10cm thick pad, so that the sclerotium is close to the sand and the bag wood, and continue to culture at 20-30℃. Check whether the sclerotium survives after one week. Then put the fungus bags with sclerotium survival in the indoor sand pool and continue to culture at 20-30℃. Spray water in the air to cool it down when it is hot. Open the cotton plug to add nutrient solution when the wood in the bag is too dry.

3. After about three months of culture, when the sclerotium no longer grows, the wood is crushed by hand, and the color turns brown, the sclerotium is picked, the Poria skin is peeled off while it is fresh, cut into blocks and slices, and dried at 70-80℃ to obtain the finished Poria.
