by Box (pot) type cultivation,for high pressure sterilization, sterilize at 121°C and 0.11 MPa for 3.5 hours. After sterilization, wait for the pressure inside the autoclave to drop to 0 and the temperature to fall to 50-60°C before opening the autoclave and removing the containers.
For normal pressure sterilization, maintain at 100°C for 10-14 hours. After sterilization, allow the cultivation containers to cool naturally to 60°C before removing them from the sterilizer. The substrate should be cooled to 25°C before inoculation.
