Common formulas are as follows:(1) Wheat 100%;(2) Wheat 95%, Glucose 5%.The substrate formula can be adjusted flexibly based on actual conditions and requirements.The standard size for a dedicated cultivation container is 33 cm x 33 cm x 11 cm.
Choose fresh, mold-free cultivation materials. For each 33 cm x 33 cm x 11 cm container, fill with 0.45 to 0.5 kg of substrate and add 0.67 to 0.75 liters of water. Seal with polypropylene plastic film and tighten with rubber bands to prevent air leakage.
